(I) Pre-construction preparation
1. Equipment inspection:
Before use, the drilling rig body, propulsion system, directional control system, etc., need to be fully inspected to ensure the normal operation of all components.
2. Drilling tool selection and assembly:
According to specific construction requirements, select suitable drill bits and drill rods and complete their assembly and connection.
3. Hydraulic system preparation:
Make sure that the hydraulic pump station is filled with enough hydraulic oil, and check whether the hydraulic oil pipe is unobstructed.
(II) Drilling rig installation and commissioning
1. Drilling rig installation:
Place the drilling rig at the predetermined drilling position, adjust the drilling rig to a horizontal state, and connect the cooling water pipe and cable.
2. Trial operation:
Start the hydraulic pump station to test whether the rotation and push-pull action of the drilling rig are normal. If any problems are found, check the motor rotation direction and the connection of the hydraulic oil pipe to ensure that everything is normal.
(III) Construction process
1. Drilling positioning:
Use an advanced guidance system to determine the drilling trajectory and drill from the starting point A to the end point B. The application of the guidance system makes the drilling path more precise and controllable.
2. Hole expansion operation:
After the drilling is completed, replace the reamer from endpoint B and gradually pull back to expand the hole until the hole diameter reaches the expected size. This step ensures the smooth laying of subsequent pipelines or cables.
3. Pipeline laying:
After the hole expansion is completed, pull the pipeline fromstartingg point A to endpoint B to complete the laying process.
